Project Blanket aims to explore the perceptions of personal safety among generation-y train (17-30) commuters in Melbourne. Through secondary research and literature reviews, it became clear that safety was not the number one priority for the target audience - train delivery and efficient services were more important. The fictional campaign revolved around guerilla-style installations (eg. filling train carriages with balloons), a lo-fi publication to be released in sync with installations, and a
social-media platform.
